Tulsa, Oklahoma

Group health insurance for small businesses in Tulsa.

Renewal comes in. The rate is up. Someone in the office has a week to pick a plan, explain it, and get everyone enrolled.

That person is not a benefits department. They're you, or the office manager, or whoever picked up HR because the company is 35 people and Tulsa doesn't hand you a corporate staff.

A group health plan nobody understands is a raise you paid for and never got credit for.

GroupLane is an independent agency. We don't work for a carrier. We design group health insurance for Tulsa companies with 20–100 employees, then we run enrollment so people actually use what you bought.

Your people can't use a plan they don't understand

The default is a PDF, a meeting, and a hope they figure out the deductible.

They don't. They keep the same doctor if the network allows it, they skip care when it doesn't, and they tell the next hire that the benefits are "fine." Fine is how you lose the person you didn't want to lose.

One-on-one enrollment is the job. Every employee, their actual life, the parts of the plan that apply to them. See how enrollment works →

Calling one carrier is not shopping

You can call a carrier. You can go to Healthcare.gov. Both of those exist for a reason.

Healthcare.gov is built for people buying their own coverage. A carrier site is built to sell that carrier. Neither one compares the Oklahoma small-group market for a 50-life company, then builds dental, vision, and voluntary around the medical, then walks the room through it.

If you already like your carrier, keep them. We still have to check whether the plan in front of you is the one you should be on.

Built for groups between 20 and 100 lives

Under 20, you're in a different market. Over 100, you start looking like a national broker's account.

20–100 is the band where a Tulsa company is big enough for a real group medical plan and small enough that a bad enrollment wrecks morale. That's the company we take.

Medical, dental, vision, and voluntary. Payroll feed, COBRA, ACA reporting when you need it. The admin does not stay on your desk. See benefits management →

Tulsa is home base

We work from 8990 S. Sheridan Rd., Suite B, Tulsa, OK 74133. The companies we want are in Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Bixby, Jenks, Owasso, and the rest of the metro.

If your office is in Claremore, Muskogee, Okmulgee, or Oklahoma City, we still do this work. Start here if you run the Tulsa shop.

"Can't I just renew what we have?"

You can. Inertia is the competing product, and it's easy.

Renewing is right when the network still fits, the rate is honest, and last year's enrollment actually taught people how to use the plan. If any one of those is false, you're paying last year's accident again.

"We already have a broker."

Keep them if they're in the room at enrollment and you can explain what you pay. If the relationship is a quote once a year, that's a vendor, not a program.

"Is this the cheap plan?"

Low-cost individual coverage is a different product, mostly for people not on a group. If your question is what a 40-life Tulsa group can buy that people will use, that's this conversation. If your question is a Marketplace subsidy, that's Healthcare.gov.

Build a program that pays you back.

Let's talk.
